Frequently asked questions

How big are the pitches?
Our pitches have an average surface area of 100 m². They are designed to accommodate 6 people + 1 vehicle and all have a 10 Ampere electrical connection, drinking water and waste water disposal.
Are barbecues allowed on the pitches?
As the camping is located in a high fire risk area, only electric or gas barbecues are allowed on the pitches.
Can we rent refrigerators?
For 7€/day you can rent a fridge for your pitch.
How many toilet blocks are installed on the camping?
There are 2 closed and heated sanitary blocks at your disposal: disabled toilets, nursery, …
Is it possible to choose my location?
Yes, with a supplement of 40€.
Is bedding included in the rental?
No in the 3 flowers rentals it is extra. Yes in the 4 flowers and premium rentals as well as in the hotel and in the residence Les Vignes.
Are the rental kitchens equipped?
You will have at your disposal cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator, dishes for the number of people in the mobile home. You will find an inventory of the equipment present in each rental.
Do the rentals have baby facilities?
They are included in the 4-flower and Premium accommodation. Otherwise you can rent a baby kit (bed, high chair, bathtub) from the reception for 4.50€/day.
Is the accommodation air-conditioned?
All our accommodations have air conditioning.
Is cleaning included in the price?
No, if you don’t want to do it yourself, you can choose the end-of-stay cleaning package of 95€ and 150€ if you have a pet. For the Premium range of accommodation the end of stay cleaning is included.
Do the mobile homes have a wifi connection?
Wifi is available free of charge on the entire estate.
Can I put up a tent on a rental pitch?
Yes, if the space around the rental allows it and if the maximum number of people included in the rental is not exceeded. Please ask at the reception before booking.
What is the frequency of the animations?
From Monday to Friday, our activity leaders offer fun and varied activities throughout the day (from 10 am to 10 pm).
Does the camping have playgrounds for children?
We have set up several playgrounds on the camping, so that your children can have fun at all times.
Are pets allowed on the camping?
Pets can stay with you in the pitches and mobile homes for a supplement of 6€ per day for one pet per rental and less than 10 kilos (more than 10kg on request).
Does the camping provide sports equipment?
Meet at the bar where our staff will lend you tennis rackets, mini-golf clubs, basketballs or footballs, etc in exchange for a deposit.
Does the camping have a laundry?
We have set up a laundry room with washing machines, dryers and an ironing board (ironing facilities available at reception).
Can my 4 ½ year old child benefit from the kids club?
Yes, but they must be accompanied by an adult. However, they can go alone from the age of 5. Baby Club is offered for children from 1 to 4 years old.
What are the opening hours of the water park?
The outdoor aquatic area and the balneo area are open from 9 am to 7 pm.
Are outdoor pools heated?
All our aquatic areas are heated by heat pumps.
Can I come to the pool in swimming shorts?
No, you need a swimming costume that fits your body.
Is the swimming area supervised?
No, swimming is not supervised.
From what age can my child go to the spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness room, etc.)?
Access to the balneo area is permitted from the age of 18.
Is the Balneo area included in the price of the stay?
Yes, you can use the Balneo area during opening hours. It is for adults only.
Are there any shops on the camping?
Yes, there are several shops on site. It is a grocery shop (fresh products, bread depot, etc. open every day from 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.), a bar, a restaurant and an ice cream shop.
Do you accept holiday vouchers?
You can use your holiday vouchers to pay for your stay.
Do I have to pay a deposit before moving in?
A deposit of 200 € will be required on arrival.
What are the possible means of payment?
You can pay for your stay by credit card, cheque, cash or holiday vouchers.
When is the balance of the stay due?
The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival, on the website, by bank transfer or by cheque.
Is the camping VACAF approved?
No, the camping is not VACAF approved.
From what time can we take possession of the property?
You can arrive from 5 p.m. to take possession of your accommodation. Departures are between 8am and 10am.
Is it possible to arrive earlier?
Yes, it is possible to arrive earlier than the time indicated but we cannot guarantee that the accommodation will be available. In the meantime, it is possible to enjoy the infrastructure.
