GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
BOOKING TERMS
General
- Your booking becomes effective only with the village’s approval, after receipt of the deposit and either the duly completed and signed booking contract, or acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
- If the customer fails to pay the deposit at the time of booking or the balance no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the village reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer the accommodation for rent again.
- Bookings are binding on Yelloh! Village only if Yelloh! Village has accepted them, which Yelloh! Village is free to do or refuse depending on availability and, more generally, on any circumstances likely to hinder the fulfilment of the booking made. Yelloh! Village offers stays intended for families in the traditional sense; the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. Yelloh! Village reserves the right to refuse any booking that would be contrary to this principle, or that seeks to circumvent it.
- Booking a camping pitch or a rental is strictly personal. You may not sublet or transfer your booking under any circumstances without the village’s prior consent.
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Pitches
The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to the sanitary facilities and reception infrastructure.
Pitch rates are per night from 1:00 PM to 12:00 PM. Our pitches average 100 m², are designed for a maximum of 6 people, and all have 10A electricity (European socket), wastewater drainage and a water connection (shared service point for several pitches). Two sanitary blocks, enclosed and heated, are available (accessible facilities, baby room). Motorhome service area. Dog shower.
Rentals
- Rental accommodation is equipped. The basic package is for 2 to more than 8 people depending on the type of rental and the village.
- Yelloh! Village campsites reserve the right to refuse access to the village to groups or families arriving with a number of people exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.
Booking fees
Yelloh! Village waives booking fees for rentals and bare pitches.
Our rentals are spread over two areas: Prairie Side (activity centre, recommended for guests with reduced mobility) and Terrace Side (quiet and beautiful view). Check-in for rentals is every day from 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. In the low season, departure times can be adjusted on request. Any dissatisfaction regarding cleanliness or the general condition must be reported no later than 24 hours after arrival so we can remedy it. For rentals, a security deposit will be required in the form of a bank card pre-authorisation: €200. Your departure must take place during reception opening hours, before 10:00 AM. After the mobile home has been checked and your deposit released by us after your departure, a confirmation email will be sent. Otherwise, you authorise Domaine Les Ranchisses to charge the amount due to cover any loss, damage or the cost of restoring the accommodation, including cleaning. Any broken crockery will be replaced or paid for.
Rates and Tourist Tax
- The prices shown are valid for the 2026 season. They correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included.
- The amount of the tourist tax varies depending on the municipality.
- Rates may vary during the season.
Payment terms
- For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the price of the booked services must be paid to the village at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at the village.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking with the village (25% deposit + balance of the stay).
- If the customer fails to pay the deposit at the time of booking or the balance no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the village reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer the accommodation for rent again.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, Yelloh! Village informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
1. Changes to your booking
You may request changes to your stay at the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation) by written request to the campsite (letter or email), subject to availability and feasibility. No postponement to the following season will be accepted. If no change is made, you must take your stay under the original booking conditions or cancel it under the cancellation insurance conditions.
- Any request to extend the length of your stay will be handled subject to availability and at the rates in force.
- Any request to shorten the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and early departure terms.
2. Unused services
In the event of an interrupted or shortened stay for one of the following reasons:
- Border closure by administrative decision
- Administrative closure of the campsite
- Travel limited to a number of kilometres by administrative decision, making it impossible to come to the campsite
A credit voucher for an amount corresponding to the unused nights, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. If the customer refuses this credit voucher, they will be refunded on request for the corresponding amount, less the cost of cancellation insurance if it was taken out.
Outside the reasons mentioned above, any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer will not give rise to a refund or a credit voucher.
3. Cancellation by the Yelloh! Village campsite
If the Yelloh! Village campsite cancels, except in cases of force majeure, the sums paid for the booking will be refunded in full. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the camper
If the camper cancels, except in cases of force majeure, the cancellation and refund terms are as follows.
Any cancellation request must be sent by letter to the postal address of the Yelloh! Village campsite or by email. Cancellations made by phone cannot be taken into account. Any cancellation results in termination of the booking, and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
a. If the camper cancels without taking out the cancellation guarantee
For one of the following reasons (preventing the stay):
- Border closure by administrative decision
- Administrative closure of the campsite
- Travel limited to a number of kilometres by administrative decision, making it impossible to come to the campsite
A credit voucher for an amount corresponding to all sums paid, valid for two years, will be issued by the campsite. If the customer refuses this credit voucher, they will be refunded on request for the corresponding amount.
For any other reasons:

- Case 1: Cancellation up to 16 (sixteen) days before the start of the stay.
The 25% deposit amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. The sums paid, less the deposit amount, will be refunded.
If payment was made in part or in full with a credit voucher of a value higher than the deposit: the 25% deposit amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. A new non-refundable credit voucher valid for 2 years, usable in the campsite where the stay was cancelled, will be issued for the amount of the initial credit voucher less the 25% deposit. The remainder of the sums paid other than the credit voucher will be refunded. - Case 2: Cancellation between D-15 and D-8 before the start of the stay. An amount of 50% of the total stay amount will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. A credit voucher will be issued for an amount corresponding to the sums paid, less the cancellation fees of 50% of the total stay amount. This credit voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, usable only in the campsite where the stay was cancelled, and is valid for two years.
- Case 3: Cancellation between D-7 and D-0 before the start of the stay. All sums paid, i.e. the full amount of the stay, are retained by the campsite. No refund will be made. If the customer does not arrive at the campsite within two days following the start date of their stay and has not informed the campsite in advance by letter or email, the booking will be considered cancelled by the customer. The campsite therefore reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
– Cancellation up to 30 (thirty) days before the start of the stay:
The deposit amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. The sums paid, less the deposit amount, will be refunded. If payment was made in part or in full with a credit voucher of a value higher than the deposit: the deposit amount of the stay will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. A new non-refundable credit voucher valid for 2 years, usable in the campsite where the stay was cancelled, will be issued for the amount of the initial credit voucher less the deposit. The remainder of the sums paid other than the credit voucher will be refunded.
– Cancellation less than 30 (thirty) days before your arrival:
All sums paid will be retained by the campsite.
If the stay is cancelled, any amount paid with holiday vouchers (Chèques Vacances) cannot be refunded, in accordance with Article L.112-14 I of the French Monetary and Financial Code. In this case, a non-refundable credit voucher valid for 2 years, usable in the campsite where the stay was cancelled, will be issued for the amount of the sums paid with Chèques Vacances, less any deposit, in accordance with the conditions indicated above.
b. If the camper cancels with a cancellation guarantee
The sums paid are covered by the guarantee under the general cancellation conditions. You can find the General Cancellation Conditions in the FAQ – What is the cancellation guarantee. If the reason is not covered by the cancellation insurance or if the claim is rejected by it, the general terms and conditions of sale in section 4 a. apply, and the cost of the cancellation insurance will be deducted from the sums paid in the event of cancellation.
YOUR STAY
1. Arrival
- If a “health pass” is required by the government of the country where the campsite is located for the dates of the booked stay, all participants subject to this requirement must present a valid “health pass” on arrival in order to enter the campsite.
- Depending on the villages and periods, arrival days vary (please refer to the specific conditions of each village).
- Rental accommodation: on the day you arrive at the Yelloh! Village, you will be welcomed from 5:00 PM, and when you receive the keys to your rental, a security deposit will be requested depending on the campsite.
2. During your stay
It is the camper’s responsibility to ensure: the camper is responsible for keeping an eye on their personal belongings (bikes, etc.). The village declines all responsibility in the event of an incident falling under the camper’s civil liability. All guests must comply with the provisions of the internal rules. Each named renter is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by the people staying with them or visiting them.
2.1 Registration for Les Ranchisses children’s clubs
Regarding the practical arrangements for registration and welcome in the children’s clubs (Baby Club and Mini Club) and teenagers (Teen Club), the Baby Club and Mini Club have limited places.
Registration in one of these clubs may be refused if the quota for the age group of the child to be registered has
already been reached. Les Ranchisses can only register a child in one of the above clubs provided that the child is the required age on the day of departure.
Children and teenagers remain under the full responsibility of their accompanying adult outside the activities organised as part of the clubs. Les Ranchisses offers exclusive areas dedicated to teenagers, with free access, but it is reminded that each teenager remains under the full responsibility of their accompanying adult.
3. Departure
- Rental accommodation: On the departure day indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10:00 AM. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean, and the inventory may be checked; any broken or damaged item will be charged to you, as will any restoration work if necessary. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, less any compensation retained, supported by invoices, for any damage noted during the check-out inspection. Retaining the deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed its amount.
- Rental accommodation: If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee with a minimum value of €95 incl. VAT will be charged (see the Rates page for each village).
- For any late departure, you may be charged an additional day at the current nightly rate.
PETS
Pets are welcome for an additional fee. They must be kept on a leash, identified and vaccinated (category 1 and 2 dogs prohibited). In rental accommodation, dogs over 10 kg may be accepted on request. They are not allowed around the pools, in food shops or in buildings. Vaccination records for dogs and cats must be up to date.
IMAGE
You authorise Yelloh! Village Domaine Les Ranchisses, as well as any person Yelloh! Village Domaine Les Ranchisses may appoint as a substitute, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Yelloh! Village Domaine Les Ranchisses and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on Yelloh! Village Domaine Les Ranchisses websites or internet pages – including Facebook and Instagram – on Yelloh! Village Domaine Les Ranchisses presentation and promotional materials, and in travel or tourist guides). This authorisation applies both to you and to the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to promote and provide entertainment for the establishments and the Yelloh! Village network and may not in any way harm your reputation. This authorisation is granted free of charge, worldwide, for a period of 5 years.
DISPUTE
Any complaint regarding non-compliance of the services with contractual commitments may be reported by letter or email to reception@lesranchisses.fr or to Yelloh! Village.
MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute with one of the establishments in our group, you can contact us as follows:
- Send a letter by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to Domaine Les Ranchisses at: Domaine Les Ranchisses, 1525 route de Valgorge, 07110 Chassiers
- Send a copy of this letter to Customer Service at customerservice@yellohvillage.com or by post to: YELLOH! VILLAGE – BP68 – 7 chemin du môle – 30220 AIGUES MORTES
If you are not satisfied with the response, you can refer the matter to the CM2C Mediation Centre after a one-month period following the sending of these letters/emails. You must submit a file online on the following website www.cm2c.net or by post to: CM2C – 14 rue Saint Jean 75017 PARIS.

Yelloh! Village Les Ranchisses strives to keep the information published on the lesranchisses.fr website about the holiday sites up to date, in particular the presentation photos, descriptions, activities, leisure facilities, services and operating dates. However, as some information is partly provided by partners or third parties, Domaine Les Ranchisses cannot guarantee that it is always accurate, up to date and exhaustive. In this respect, Domaine Les Ranchisses is bound only by an obligation of means.
