Can we book a reception hall at any time?
Yes, all our rooms are available and bookable all year round.
What kind of events can be organised at Les Ranchisses Farm?
Our function rooms are suitable for all your private or corporate functions: weddings, christenings, birthdays, seminars, VIP parties, etc.
How far in advance should we contact you for a quote?
The sooner the better. Please call us on 04 75 88 31 97 or fill in our form
As you offer 4 function rooms, is it possible to have several events at the same time?
If you decide not to rent the whole space, yes it is possible.
How far in advance should we confirm the number of guests?
The maximum number of guests is important because it will determine the choice of venue. However, the final number can be given at the last moment.
Is there an application fee?
We do not charge an administration fee for the rental of our rooms.
Is insurance included in the booking?
No.
Do I have to pay a deposit or a guarantee?
The deposit requested corresponds to 30% of the total amount of the reservation and the deposit is fixed at 2000€, it also validates the reservation.
What are the cancellation conditions?
If you decide to cancel your party, the 30% deposit will be retained by the lessor as compensation.
How can I pay for the room?
We accept cheques, cash, credit cards or bank transfers. For the balance, it must be sent 30 days before the event.
What equipment is available?
The rental price includes tables and chairs. We offer 2 types of tables: round for 10 people or rectangular for 8. For tablecloths, crockery and cutlery, we can advise you on service providers.
What services do you offer?
We have a caterer available in April, May, June and September, consisting of the kitchen team of our restaurant l’Auberge. The service staff is included in the catering service. The assistance of a wedding planner can also be provided if required, for an additional fee.
Apart from the caterer, do you have any service providers to recommend?
We have selected for you reliable service providers in order to create a tailor-made event. (florist, DJ, photographer, decorator…)
If we use the catering service of the Auberge des Ranchisses, can we taste the meal beforehand?
Unfortunately no, we do not have a test menu. However, you can come and have lunch in the restaurant to discover the quality and flavour of our dishes.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Of course! In addition, two of our rooms have a kitchen for reheating.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, and no corkage fee!
When can the room be used before the reception and until what time the following day?
You can take possession of the premises from Friday morning until 5 pm on Sunday.
Can I drop off items before the room is made available?
Of course, provided that the room is not rented before your event.
At what time should the music stop?
From 4am.
Are there any accommodation options nearby?
Our 5-star camping is located just a few steps from the reception rooms. It is the ideal solution to accommodate all your guests. We offer comfortable mobile homes or spaces to pitch your tent. The 3 luxury gîtes of Les Ranchisses can also accommodate up to 18 guests per house.
Do you offer packages such as accommodation + room hire?
Yes ! We can also offer you breakfast menus for the following day. For more information on prices, please contact our event managers on 04 75 88 31 97.
Is it possible to take photos around the estate?
Located in the heart of nature, our establishment is the ideal place for all your photos. Whether by the river or by the fountain, you can move around freely.
Are there parking facilities available to me?
At the entrance to the estate there is a large car park with space for around 200 vehicles.
Is there disabled access?
People with reduced mobility can reach our reception areas through a dedicated passage.
Are pets allowed in the reception rooms?
Yes, all animals are allowed.
Is the cleaning of the room included in the rental price?
No, there is a flat rate of €350 per space which will be charged to you as an extra.
