The Espousse
This family restaurant, located on Place de la Résistance, cooks quality organic products in a perfect combination of flavours. On the menu at Espousse: beetroot hummus with chickpea salad or trout with celery cream. The chef suggests you accompany your dish with a natural wine. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons and the chef’s wishes. Prices range from 19 to 30 €.
