MENUS THAT REFLECT YOUR DESIRES
For the catering, the chef and his brigade offer you a multitude of varied menus, composed with fresh products of the moment from our region and adapted to your events: brunch formula, rustic buffet, prestige menu, assortment of sweet and savoury verrines… we have a meal that corresponds to your desires.
Discover Ardèche gastronomy through dishes cooked with taste: duck breast with porcini mushrooms or caramelised with spices, lamb mice confit with honey and curry, duo of prawns with Mazan or snail puff pastry Provencal style. If you prefer, you can also work with your own catering service, as two of our rooms have a professional reheating kitchen.
On the drinks side, we offer a variety of wines, mostly from the region. Selected by us, these white, rosé, red or bubbly wines will enhance your starters, dishes and desserts. Don’t hesitate to ask us for advice on food and wine combinations.

Accommodation solutions to suit you
In order to make the most of this festive day, we invite you to sleep on site so that your guests can rest only a few steps from the reception rooms.
To receive your guests at Domaine Les Ranchisses, we offer 2 accommodation solutions: the fully-equipped mobile homes of our 5-star camping, which can accommodate 2 to 8 people, or our 3 superb, fully-renovated cottages, which can each accommodate 6 to 18 people.
We also offer you the possibility to include breakfast or brunch in your stay at camping des Ranchisses.
Quality equipment at your disposal
During your receptions at Domaine Les Ranchisses, we provide you with all the furniture necessary for the smooth running of your events: tables, chairs or benches to be determined according to the number of guests. L’Atelier and La Grange also have a modern reheating kitchen where you can prepare your tasty dishes in optimal conditions.
In order to bring your employees together in ideal working conditions during your Ardeche seminars, we provide you with technical equipment such as video projectors, paperboards, professional sound systems, etc.
All our rooms are air-conditioned and have an individual cloakroom to ensure your privacy. A car park for up to 200 vehicles is located close to our premises, allowing you to unload your equipment quickly and effortlessly.
