Is bedding provided in all the accommodation?

You will find the beds already made with mattress protectors, sheets, pillows and duvets for all holidaymakers.

Do I have to bring my own towels?

Yes; towels are not provided in the holiday rentals.

Do the holiday rentals have a television?

Each rental has a TV, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi system.

Do the holiday rentals have Wi-Fi?

There is free and unlimited Wi-Fi in each of our rentals.

What about meals?

We provide fridges and freezers for you to store fresh food. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll be welcome at the Auberge, which is the Domaine Les Ranchisses restaurant. Situated a few kilometres from the holiday rentals, come and enjoy our Ardèche specialties.

Are pets allowed in the holiday rentals?

Pets can stay with you in the rentals.

Is smoking allowed in the accommodation?

For comfort and safety reasons, you will have to go outside the house to smoke. Please use the ashtrays provided.

Do the holiday rentals have disabled access?

Unfortunately no, we are not yet equipped with disabled access.

Are the holiday rentals air-conditioned?

All our holiday rentals have air-conditioning except the Maison d’Hermine and the Mas de Jeanne.

Is cleaning of the holiday rentals included in the price?

No, you will have to pay a supplement at the end of your stay if the cleaning has not been done.

Do you accept ‘chèques vacances’ holiday vouchers?

Yes, you can use ‘chèques vacances’ to pay for your holiday.

Do I have to pay a deposit before entering the gîtes?

A deposit of €700 + €400 will be requested on arrival.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit/debit card, cheque, cash or ‘chèques vacances’ holiday vouchers. See our general conditions of sale. Click here

Is there an administration fee?

To book at the Mas des Ranchisses, there is no administration fee!

Can I book a gîte for just a weekend?

It is possible to rent a gîte for a short break, but only outside school holidays.

Where do I get my keys for the holiday rental?

Go to the Domaine Les Ranchisses reception desk.

Is it possible to book a stay throughout the year?

Yes, the accommodation is available to rent throughout the year.

What time should I arrive?

You can move into your holiday rental from 16:00 until reception closes.
