General Points

IF STAYING ON THE CAMPSITE PITCHES: the balance due for your stay should be paid upon arrival.IF STAYING ON THE ACCOMMODATION HIRE UNITS: the balance due for your stay should be paid upon arrival.Our animal friends are welcome upon payment of a surcharge. They should be kept on a lead, identified and vaccinated (dogs in categories 1 and 2 are prohibited). For rented accommodation, a dual deposit is requested from you (- 10 kg).Charcoal barbecues are prohibited, but gas and electric barbecues are allowed.During the low season, reception is open until 6.45 p.m. and in high season it is open until 8.30 p.m.

Pitches

The rates for pitches is per night (on the basis of 1 p.m. on a given day to midday on the following day. Our pitches have an average surface area of 100 m². They are intended for a maximum of 6 people and all have 10 amp electricity connection (draining waste water and water connection optional – water point for several pitches). There are two sanitary blocks available to you, one of which is locked and heated (there is a disabled sanitary block and a nursery). Service bay for campers

Rental accommodation

Our rental accommodation is divided into into two areas: The Côté Prairie – Prairie Section (activity centre, advised for the disabled and those with reduced mobility) and the Côté Terrasse – Terrace Section (with a peaceful and beautiful view). The holiday hire accommodation starts from Saturday/Wednesday or Sunday/Thursday from 3 p.m. until Saturday/Wednesday or Sunday/Thursday at 10 a.m. Out of season the departure and arrival days can be adapted to your needs upon request. For holiday hire accommodation, you will be requested to pay two deposits: €250 for damage deposit and a cleaning deposit (the total for the latter varies depending upon the type of accommodation). The deposits will be repaid at the time of departure after the accommodation inventory has been completed. The accommodation inventory is made in your presence when reception is open. You have the possibility of letting us do the cleaning. You must replace or pay for all broken crockery. We can send you an inventory on request.

Regulation of Wellness area

The Wellness Area is reserved for those over 18 years and those 16-18 years accompanied by an adult. It is prohibited for those under 16.Swimming shorts are prohibited in the entire aquatic space.A tracksuit or similar and a towel are compulsory for the gym.The management disclaims all responsibility for equipment malfunction in the event of damage which is beyond our control.

Sun Guarantee

Offer valid for any booking for a minimum of one week (between 15th April and 24th September 2017) made at least 3 days before the arrival dateFor 1-week stays, if there are fewer than 3 days without 2 hours of direct sunlight per day although not necessarily continuous (between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.), compensation of €100 will be sent directly to the customer. if there are less than 2 hours of sunshine per day throughout the entire stay, compensation of €200 will be paid. For 2-week stays having less than 6 days without 2 hours of direct sunlight per day, compensation of €100 will be sent to the customer. if there are less than 2 hours of sunshine per day throughout the entire stay, compensation of €200 will be paid.Analysis for such purposes will be produced by a subsidiary of Météo France and from Caisse des Dépôts and Metnext (weather data providers) using data from METEOSAT 2.This offer is automatic and free and does not require any steps to be taken by the customer.It does not apply to bookings made by employee representation committees or tour operators.

SUNÊLIA CANCELLATION Guarantee

This guarantee takes effect as soon as the accommodation hire contract is entered into and expires the day before the first day of the stay at midnight. Subject to compliance with contractual obligations, this guarantee allows you to obtain reimbursement of sums paid if your stay were to have to be cancelled for any of the reasons stated in the exhaustive list below:Serious illness, physical injury or death: this includes you, your spouse or common-law partner, forebears or descendants, your guardian, your brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, father-in-laws or mother-in-laws. The terms “Serious illness” or “physical injury” are deemed to include any temporary or permanent damage to your to your physical well-being, which has been medically certified and involves the cessation of all activity, whether professional or otherwise. Pregnancy complications. Incidences of serious damage which imperatively require you to be present on the anticipated day of departure from your home and consecutive days thereafter due to a theft, fire, water damage or other natural elements, affecting your main residence or your business premises, destroyed by more than 50% (you must supply a certificate from your insurer). The economic redundancy of either yourself or your spouse, provided that the procedure has not been instigated before the booking for the stay has been made.All of these reasons for cancellation should be communicated by registered letter accompanied by all necessary documents establishing the facts (expert report, police report, summons, medical or death certificate) as soon as they take place and afterwards but within 3 business days following the accident or the event. In all cases, you will have to pay administrative fees.For all stays of less than 7 nights, 50% of the deposit paid will be returned to the customer if the cancellation takes place by registered letter at least thirty days preceding your arrival date at the campsite In all other cases the entire deposit shall remain with the campsite.
